Engineering Manager

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. In charge of the Engineering center, including establish the Engineering center, set up the relevant working process, etc;
2. Act as Project manager of major projects, optimize relevant proces by designing, implementing, controlling equipment and process flows;
3. Standardize design of equipment, e.g. auto-stop-folling, waster water treatment, mixing equipment, filtration units;
4. Lead the preparation of technical and contract documentation for issue and analysis of returned tenders; provide techinical support to production sites;
5. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of design & build, from contract award to handover;
6. Accelerate exchange & implementation of best practice throughout the region;
7. Guide, lead and develop team members;
8. Other stasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1.University degree e.g. in chemical/process engineering
2.Lean/SixSigma; MBA preferred

3.10 years working experience, e.g. project/site manager; consulting

4.Track record in successfully managing complex projects;
5.Hands on experience;
6.Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments;
7.Proficient in English.
