1. Manage and maintain the implementation of Atotech’s environmental related SOPs/Standards, and the Chinese national regulation to guarantee all Atotech YZ site in compliance with Chinese national laws, regulations and standards and company rules and policies.
2. Regularly track, review Environmental/Safety related policies, laws, and regulations, identify the changes and communicate it to the stakeholders. Identify and assess emerging Environmental/Safety issues and regulations that can impact site operations, services, products, and Environmental related permitting strategies. Proactively take actions to avoid significant compliance risk.
3. Maintain site HSE Management System and site ISO14001/45001 certificate.
4. Develop and arrange environmental related sampling, testing and trend analysis such as effluent, waste gas, soil, and underground water.
5. Conduct HSE inspection. Lead and participate routine internal HSE self-audit, regularly assess to ensure all HSE procedures implemented correctly and effectively. Daily HSE compliance inspection and follow up finding improvement.
6. Lead/participate the investigation and following-up process for all Environmental related incidents in line with Environmental Policy.
