We are looking for a Global Talent Development Specialist to support our Talent Development team @ Atotech.

In your role, you will report to the Global Talent Development Manager with high exposure to global and regional projects regarding coordination, analysis and communication of training and upskilling our employees.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • to coordinate the global training programs and consolidate global training metrics
  • to administer the Learning Management System and be the key contact person for operational enquiries
  • to oversee the system setup of online learning programs
  • to track and monitor the performance management cycle (e.g. % completion and reminders, rating distribution analysis, etc.)
  • to drive employee communications on Learning & Development topics
  • to provide support on other Global Talent Development projects

 

What you would bring to Atotech:

  • a minimum of 2 years working experience in a multinational company environment
  • proficient in both written and spoken English
  • experience with Learning Management System (specifically online learning administration) is a must
  • experience in training administration for the full training cycle
  • experience with online learning program development is a plus (nice-to-have, not a must)
