Your opportunity:
In the role as Finance Transformation Manager (m/f/d) you will work closely with the finance and technical teams to drive harmonization, centralization, process and system improvements that will enable the finance organization to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy and compliance. Furthermore, you will lead and manage the fast-growing Competence Center in Poznan. Build a strong and open communication with senior management to ensure alignment on short,as well as long term goals and organizational effectiveness.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver Finance Transformation engagements towards the Competence Center, which involves looking at our legal entities’ internal finance and accounting processes, advising on solutions, creating efficient process or improving existing processes
- Design and establish standardized, centralized and highly efficient accounting processes
- Transition-in and manage services in Finance regarding processes and knowledge
- Create and execute clear strategy and vision for the Competence Center activities that delivers high quality, effective services to all external and internal customers/stakeholders
- Collaborate with the global leaders who will functionally direct the work performed by the team; provide feedback and coaching to help develop the teams, and organization
- Provide inspiring leadership and ensure appropriate training and development opportunities are available; develop and drive a high performance culture across the team, build your team leads and managers structure to serve cross regional with compentence
- Keep the communication channel high and build your network
- Drive a continuous process improvement desire as a culture
- Supervise all activities and proceedings related with functioning of the Competence Center
Your skills and competences:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting or similar
- Significant experience of managing and leading the provision of a support service in a large organization; experience in SSC/BPO in a Finance function is desired
- Experience in building a competence center structure from scratch will be an advantage
- Demonstrated strength in partnering with global leaders to develop strategies and plans that meet business needs
- Change management and project management skills
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a young organization
- Proven experience in creating strategic plans aligned with high-level organisational goals and leading the achievement of strategic goals and objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; another European language is a plus
