You are going to be the turnpike of the Ariba Project that will be globally rolled out. This project has a high visibility in the organization and you will be supporting us to transform the way how we purchase Indirect Materials & Services.


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead an international team to successfully implement the required transformation, develop collaborative culture and provide coaching to the team members
  • Execute the implementation and functional Program Management of the roll-out of SAP Ariba applications, supporting our e-Procurement roadmap with focus on Guided Buying, and Sourcing
  • Be responsible for the Ariba system design for the indirect procurement S2P processes, in-line with best-practices & internal and external audit requirements on Source and Procure-to-Pay areas
  • Provide application configuration management guidance and related master data content as well as mapping management
  • Contribute to the development of the worldwide Indirect Procurement Strategy by enabling spend visibility, analytics and insights
  • Manage project scope and utilize appropriate change control mechanisms, from inception to closure
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues, leveraging escalation processes as appropriate


Your skills and competences:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop project plans for large software package implementations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successfully the plan
  • Extensive knowledge of Ariba applications; min 5 years module experience (Guided Buying, Sourcing, SLP, SCC)
  • 5+ years of software package project management experience, on at least one of the following platforms: SAP, Oracle
  • Extensive knowledge of Indirect Procurement & Finance “Source to Pay (S2P)” standards, cross-functional processes and requirements
  • Good knowledge of project management related to hands-on PM experience for an end-to-end global/regional implementation of at least two Ariba Applications (Guided Buying and SLP), including: UAT, documentations
