You will be playing a key role in the global roll-out of our Automatic Invoice Processing tool from Kofax. You will be leading and guiding entities through the gap-fit analysis as well as testing and processing. As a part of the project team, this global function will ensure (in cooperation with our AP Governance Lead), that requirements are followed and embedded in our solution.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in process analysis, system design, testing, training and communication
• Understanding the process and its variants; key system configuration; process roles (including authorizations)
• Map functional requirements to application features and functionality
• Discusses requirements and best functional / technical solution option(s)
• Implementation of custom built configuration -  workflow scenarios, automation, approvers determination
• Maintain the application & ensure that the application is maintained and inform about application enhancements
• Create user’s guidelines and ensure that the documentation is complete and updated
• Responsible for continuous improvements and suggestions
• Guides the functional leads in China and the SEA hub
• Support external IT lead and Project Manager during global roll out

Your skills and competences:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline
• Experience in AP processes, preferably in a multiple legal entity environment
• Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and IT
• Precise, careful and well-structured way of working, good documentation of work
• Experienced in SAP FI/MM and Kofax is a plus
• Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Expert knowledge of business requirements and end user expectations
