We are looking for a talented Senior Scientist based in Manesar, Gurgaon who will be handling and managing:

• DOE creation and execution as well as Literature screening and Patent search
• Scaling up of Projects
• Interpretation and analysis of reports to bring out effective information for Project.
• Cross functional working and adaptability for change.
• Work with SAP systems for Work hour recordings, Material Procurement, Issue and Inventory management.
• Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
• Project planning as well as follow-up and control of execution through electroplating experiments.
• Support Field tests at the customer’s site (if required).
• Maintain and promote safety culture.
• Creation of documents, regulations and reports following ISO norms.
• Operate Electroplating Line and Lab scale equipment.
• Conduct Chemical / Materials / Physical Analysis in Lab.
• Effective communication with Global Counterparts for Project updates and plans. Internal and external (if required) presentation of results.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

• Indepth knowledge of Chemistry / Related Field as per requirement
• Several years in relevant industry
• Post Doc in relevant field will be preferred
• Relevant expertise (Electrochemistry/ Electroplating / PCBs/ Related Field as per requirement)
• Documentation and Reporting as well as analysis and Validation of Experimental Results
• Analytical thinking.
• Creative, Structured and method-based work and DOE
• Communication skills - Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Organizational skills with ability to work in a team (Local as well as Global Teams)
• Maintain Confidentiality and have strong ownership attributes
• Flexibility to travel for work
