Role Description

We are offering an exciting position of Manager Electronics in R&D function of our Atotech Development Centre in Manesar. In this role you will lead a team of young and talented engineers and scientist to leverage ADC for product development of the Company.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams to groom next generation leaders in product development through mentoring and coaching
• Leading Electronics function at ADC towards co-development and ownership of Global R&D projects across Product Development Life Cycle
• Collaborate with Global and local R&D teams to ensure effective communication and efficient execution of tasks and projects
• Manage operation of high-end equipment for Specialty Chemical R&D
• Ensure safety compliance and safe running of the labs; IP protection
• Manage and control budgets of the function
• Support in strategic initiatives that further the EL business through efficient execution of projects.
• Participate in the preparation of a R&D-plan, setting objectives and milestones for development projects
• Formulation of new products and optimization of existing products
• Development of specifications for production and raw material
• Supervision of field tests at customers & troubleshoot issues as necessary

What will you bring to the team

• Bachelor’s in science / Engineering with relevant experience preferably in Chemicals or Electronics domain of minimum 10 years

• Proven track record of excellent team management, coaching and grooming
• Proficiency in efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Innovation mindset, curiosity, Strategic and Analytical thinking and managing relationships
