Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks related to HR/Admin in Legatrix / other statutory compliances related to Labour Laws.
  • Ensure smooth functioning by identifying needs for reception, office stationery, horticulture, housekeeping, canteen, and pantry; and ensure to assist in executing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems especially as per 5S. 
  • Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Oversee the process relating to invoices for services and goods taken for administration related jobs from point of entry, ensuring signatures by users, completion of GRN, and delivery to finance. 
  • Ensure to create all PRs/POs related to HR/Admin for India in line of Global guidelines and compliances 
  • Implementation and upkeep of time and attendance solution in collaboration with HR Team
  • Provide active support for Travel desk activities includes – Coordination with FRRO for Expatriate Visa, International travel 
  • Support for Work with Travel agent and Organizes end to end India Travel Desk (ITD) for delivering domestic/local travel solutions and international mobility/ex-pirate/travel insurance/visa support activities in alignment with company guidelines and in collaboration with internal stake holders
  • Carry out Preventive maintenance based on the schedule
  • Maintain the parking and waste disposal area.  Also coordinate with external agency for waste disposal as per legal requirement

 

 

Qualification

  • Graduate in any stream. PG Diploma will be additional advantage. Computer Software skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) including handling of emails.

 

Knowledge/ Professional Experience

  • A result oriented professional with nearly 4-5 years’ experience. Person must have experience in handling Administration, Security, and Facility Management in an industry.
  • Ensuring adherence to various acts in very compliant manner Deft knowledge in handling HR/Admin activities for contractual workers PAN India including leave & attendance requirements
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal and people management skills
