SAP C4C Administrator (m/f/d)

The CRM Administrator (m/f/d) supports the development, implementation and usage of information technology and management information systems within the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) suite. Working in partnership with the business process owners, super-users, and end-users, ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.

 

 

Your responsibilies

  • Provide CRM functional leadership leveraging business process with C4C configuration and optimal usage expertise.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Service and IT in the global design, configuration, development, and deployment of the organization's CRM systems.
  • Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity, Sales process optimization, and enterprise cross-functional integration.
  • Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, sales, service, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.
  • Provide consultation and second tier application and training support to staff on issues to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in the IT Roadmap, including rollouts, migrations, implementation of new modules, and major upgrades.
  • Document and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.

 

 

 

What you bring to the table

  • Appropriate professional IT experience, preferably in high-tech manufacturing for the position
  • Bachelor's degree
  • C4C experience with a preference for experience in field service as well as sales
  • Salesforce.com experience a major plus
  • Experience with ERP integration (SAP) strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change
  • Energetic team player with a can-do attitude
