Junior Financial Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to join Turkey Fi-nance team, reporting to the Finance Manager (m/f/d) in Istanbul. In this role you will further develop Finance & Accounting and Sales team by providing relevant reports internally and externally, updating price and cost information in SAP/BW. The successful candidate (m/f/d) will be working with Sales team very closely tracking price changes, overdue receivables and margin development. This role will also back up Finance Manager for specific tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Performing month-end close tasks; Publishing actual and fore-casted sales, calculating & recording revenue recognition, preparing internal reports ( sales database, customer margins, product group margins, exchange rates, obsolete & inventory aging, DIO and DSO, customer risk, new product sales)
• Forecast; controlling and aligning sales & margin data in IBP/BW with Sales team
• Financial Reporting; Price tracking file, Financial Snapshot, OPEX reporting, Customer risk report, Cost to Serve report
• Updating monthly unit costs and price list, Nickel & Palladium pricing in SAP/BW
• Compliance contact of company, preparing system controls report
• Daily follow up of price approvals, collection tool and blocked orders
• Supporting Finance manager during budget process; prepar-ing relevant files, back up files for fixed cost and uploading sales and PL to SAP / BW / One Conso
• VAT control, back up for Accounting clerk for FEBAN and daily sales reporting

What you bring to the table?

• A degree (B. A.) in the field of finance
• A first professional experience in the field of financial reporting appropriate for this role
• You communicate convincingly and confidently in English
• Ideally familiar with SAP/BW tools
• You are characterized by a cooperative and collegial way of working, commitment and the ability to work on several pro-jects or topics in parallel
• You are motivated to constantly expand your knowledge and to grow beyond your personal skills and knowledge
